Blogging while installing UBUNTU amd64

Al Salam 3lykom :)

I’m installing NOW ubuntu 64 on my laptop from the live CD that ubuntu sent me :)
This is the first time to do this kind of installation on my laptop and I wanted to share the experience :)
I Can do almost everything .. everything de includes:

Chatting
browsing
coding
editin
mounting my windows partitions and my USB Flash
Blogging -under browsing :p
I opened GIMP

chatting blogging and editing text files while intallation

and media player ..

While installation .. I tried this kind of installation but I never tried it with internet connection and on my own machine where I have all the resources to enjoy the while installing mode !!

Exceptionally Awsome that I thought that it’s much more enjoying to work … while installation :D

Screen shot

Mozilla for browsing :)

Gimp in the middle

ubuntu does everything while installation including GIMP

oh, I noticed that the very personal passwords may be somehow secured but you will need to change them frequently based on your personal status !!

ha3mel restart ba2a washof :)

You’ve never used a LiveCD before? It’s not almost everything, technically the point of a LiveCD is that you can do everything just the same as if it was a regular OS.

You can even add (generally manage) packages, like install a driver for example (in my case I installed my wireless support using the LiveCD) and it will automatically install all additional packages to your installation, neat ey? =D

On slax, it allowed you to store the status of your LiveCD OS your passwords, so when ever you you boot from the LiveCD it queries your password from their server!!

I think this applies on the packages too, but I’m not sure from this!

From what I can tell you’re a C# developer, no? If so, I’m not surprised you don’t like Linux.
